Paul is a digital content and marketing strategy specialist. He has lived in 6 different countries and joined the group in 2010 to contribute his expertise to the group’s international development. He joined the management team to support Mathieu with the group’s operations and development.

Véronique Chocry

CCO Sarbacane

Véronique joined the group in 2018 and draws on over 18 years of experience in a market research firm to fulfil her role as Customer Service Manager. Her goal: make her service key to the relationship with a team of enthusiastic, proactive and motivated consultants.

Audrey Jullien

RH Director France Positive Group

Audrey became HR Director in 2021 after 10 years at a recruitment consultancy firm in the Hauts-de-France region. Being proactive and dedicated to the teams are her core values. Spotting and onboarding future talent are part of her day-to-day.

Johanne Vincent

CLO Positive Group

Johanne is specialized in business law and new technologies law. After a first experience at OVH, Johanne joined GOTO Software in 2010 to create the legal department. In 2015, she becomes sole legal counsel for the group. She is committed to securing business, supporting operational staff in the success of projects, and cultivating legal added value within the company. In 2019, she takes over the management of the legal department of the group.

Vincent Durieux

Financial Controller Positive Group

After a solid experience in financial management for Sarbacane, Vincent is now financial controller for the Positive group. As a key financial specialist, Vincent is in charge of performance management and data reliability for all of the group's data

Laurent Martel

Chief Revenue Officer Positive Group

Laurent joined the group in 2015. After 8 years as Sales Director at Sarbacane, Laurent is now Chief Revenue Officer at Positive Group. He is responsible for developing all the group's brands, focusing on SMB segment.

Sven Kummer

CEO & Co-Founder rapidmail

Sven is a passionate entrepreneur and an absolute industry veteran in email marketing. Since the founding of rapidmail he has been working with full dedication on the growth of the company. As a multi-tasker and co-managing director, he is responsible for IT, operations and customer service at rapidmail.

Morgan Gueneau

CFO Positive Group

Morgan Gueneau joined the Positive Group in 2022 as the Group's CFO to support its expansion. Morgan Gueneau has over 10 years of experience in financial management. He worked at KPMG France before being hired by Ariane Holding and the Ergalis Group. His career has seen him help groups expand with acquisitions or organic growth and uphold their operational performance.

Steffen Müllers

Steffen is an enthusiastic product manager who knows exactly how to successfully place a new product on the market. After years of experience as a business developer in the sporting goods industry, he joined rapidmail in 2020 as co-managing director and is responsible for all topics related to product management, marketing and finance.

Romain Jestin

CTO Sarbacane

Romain joined the Group's teams in 2017 to manage the company's research and development division. He leads all technical teams as CTO since 2021.

Sunny Paris

Sunny is a serial entrepreneur with a high-level scientific background and expertise in the development of innovative IT start-ups. In 2014, Sunny founded noCRM.io in Paris with the idea of creating an innovative sales prospecting software that focuses on the sales process.

Chloé Ouzilleau

After 7 years of experience in different digital roles, Chloé left the US e-commerce giant to join Sarbacane in 2019. She has been running the marketing team since 2021 and is in charge of developing and rolling out the Group marketing strategy.

Xavier Caroen

Head of M&A Positive Group

Xavier Caroen is a former financial analyst who has worked in Boston and Paris at corporate banks including Bryan Garnier. He has also worked at brokerage firms and specialised in financial analysis for publicly traded companies. He joined the group in 2021 in the brand new M&A Manager position to work on the external growth strategy.

Paolo Errico

Before turning into a passionate and creative entrepreneur, Paolo enjoyed a long experience in the product marketing management of several major international brands, allowing him to acquire a lot of know-how and knowledge in the complexity of the business world. Since 2014, he has been running the Italian company 4Dem, a professional digital marketing solution specialized in sending email and SMS campaigns.

Laurent Davesne

Co-founder of Signitic

Self-taught in web development for 10 years and former communication manager, Laurent has experienced, like many others in this position, some issues in managing email signatures of his employees. In order to solve his own issue, he developed an in-house product in 2018 that has become Signitic today, counting more than 1000 customers.
